Research On Operation Of Aging Real Estate Project Under Internet Environment

The problem of China’s aging population continues has been more and more increasing, the government has continued to take policy support it, pays attention to the issue of pension, formulates a series of pension real estate policy. The government has establishing the social pension service system, accelerating the pension services industry, developing elderly service products, and constantly encourage foreign investment, personal investment and social forces to meet the needs of the elderly living. From an economic perspective, endowment real estate projects will have a very bright future, daily use, service facilities, the nursing and spiritual demand in the elderly, which needs further improvement, and the development of pension industry has limited by the endowment real estate. Therefore, in this economic context, the development of pension real estate will be conducive to the rapid development of the pension industry.First, this paper introduces the development status of pension real estate projects in China and the overall situation of "Internet plus", further explain the macro background and the significance of the research, and development status of the Internet real estate pension. The existing pension mode and operation mode cannot solve the pension problems, with the rapid development of the Internet environment,it provides a new idea for the development of economic development, project construction and medical system, breaking the development bottleneck of traditional pension community, which are combined with "Internet plus" real estate. It can solve the problem of poor information communication, the lack of service personnel and the lower degree of socialization.Secondly, this paper analyzes the external environment of pension real estate projects, including two aspects: macro environment and micro environment. In the macro environment, the political environment gives great support, downwardpressure on economic environment is large, the integration of social and technical environment will get innovation progress, and pension real estate projects are influenced by four factors. In the micro environment, the competition pattern and the consumption of projects surrounding are the main influence factors, at the same time,taking porter’s five forces mode as a useful tool of competition strategy analysis of corporate management and project management, these factors affect the development of pension real estate projects.Finally, this paper makes a detailed description of the operational issues and operational strategies of pension real estate projects.
