Shanxi province’s textile and garment industry is still one irreplaceable pillar industries, however, part of the textile and garment enterprises in shanxi Province are facing low information level, low efficiency and other issues.how to use information technology to informatization reform the traditional textile and garment enterprises, it is a question textile enterprise achieve modernization must consider. the informatization evaluation is an important part of enterprise information construction,which can make the enterprises timely find out the defects in the process of information construction and adjust the development strategy in time.at present,supply chain management has become a trend, the enterprise information evaluation model from the enterprise’s own point of view has not adapted to the requirements of supply chain management.In view of the above problems, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation, and analyzes the shortcomings of the current research. On the basis of research studies on the present status at home and abroad.From the overall perspective of the supply chain, to establish evaluation index system of enterprise information from information technology development capability, application level and quality of development.and use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators. have key textile and garment enterprises in shanxi province as an example, to collect data related indicators through research, and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method level of corporate information to make the overall evaluation.Then from the development capacity, application level and quality of development of information technology, three aspects to make considerations, to get development index.More accurately grasp the structure of information and the weak link in the construction of information.Finally,analysis the value-added rule of supply chain and Value Increment Path of ascension, According to the problems existing in the information construction, put forward the improvement measures and suggestions based on the guidance of the value promotion.Through empirical research, we can see that the information construction of the textile clothing enterprises in shanxi province is still worthy of recognition. The construction and application of information technology is better, but the development potential is still insufficient, and the construction of information needs to bestrengthened. the feasibility of the evaluation index system and the model is verified by the demonstration. can evaluate the the level of enterprise informatization based on the supply chain in a certain region.From the development capacity, application level and quality of development of information technology are three aspects respectively to make considerations, breaking the previous focus only on evaluation of enterprise information application level while ignoring the quality of development and development capabilities. so that enterprises more clearly identify the information construction to find out the weak link in the development of information technology.Finally by analyzing the law of supply chain value added and value ascension path,put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion for the promotion of information construction,provide a reference for enterprises and government departments to promote information construction.
