In many resources of the enterprise, the human resource is in the core position, and a series of management to the enterprise is more basic than the whole management system. Performance management is an important method in the field of modern human resource management, and it is becoming more and more widely used. This paper on HHT company as a case, through the literature material method, case analysis method, questionnaire survey method and other research methods, employee performance management system of small and medium-sized private medical instrument enterprise launches the analysis, aims to find the problems and causes existing in the performance management system for small and medium-sized private medical equipment enterprise, and under the guidance of the relevant theoretical design a more reasonable and scientific performance management system optimization.Studies have shown that the HHT company on performance management and the im portance of understanding insufficiency, the system security ineffective, lack of performan ce management culture, staff training system is not perfect. The current performance man agement existing performance plan is formulated as a problem of unscientific, imperfect p erformance appraisal, performance communication mechanism being not perfect.Perform ance assessment results feedback and lack of performance appraisal results are not fully a pplied. According to improving employee performance as the orientation, openness, fairn ess, impartiality, feedback and communication, the combination of quantitative and qualit ative assessment evaluation principles, design a succession of suitable for HHT’s perform ance management system optimization, and suggested that in order to improve staff perfor mance management level of understanding, strengthen the relevant system of security, im prove performance management culture construction and perfect employee training syste m to guarantee the implementation of the optimization of the performance management s ystem. In the design of performance management system, its advantage is to further clarif y the performance management localization and the strategic objectives of the company a nd construct the performance index system more scientific, in the application of performa nee evaluation results when more reasonable, assessment content get rid of the limitations of the original and more fully, and more conducive to communication and performance fe edback to carry out. After a period of time after the operation, to improve organizational a nd individual performance, optimize management process and business process, and impr ove the human resources system, improve management atmosphere, changing the idea of management and improve the quality of products and services such as and achieving good results.
