Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic growth, now more than Japan ranked second in the world, however, behind the rapid economic development of a waste of resources, land consumption over, environmental pollution aggravating problems have been highlighted. Low carbon economic development model is to solve the contradictions between social development and environmental protection, land use adjustment is one of effective methods for low carbon economy development, and the development of low carbon economy but also contribute to the control of land utilization, rational utilization of land resources. Land use change should respond positively to the needs of the development of low carbon economy, realize the harmonious development of the economic environment, we must adopt low carbon economic pattern of land use of Shanghai City, the land use economic effects of carbon emissions of in-depth study of transformation of the mode of the.Shanghai is a typical representative of the international metropolis in China, has been in a rapid economic development model, land use change significantly, this article selects Shanghai as the research object, use in 1999-2014 Shanghai grassland, woodland and cultivated land and construction land area and the energy consumption statistical data, using correlation model, of Shanghai land use carbon emissions effect analysis and simulations are performed to measure, also on the impact of land use carbon emissions factor decomposition analysis.First of all, the Shanghai city land use and carbon emissions situation are described in detail; secondly, according to the Shanghai municipal land use data of carbon emissions 1999-2014, decoupling analysis model of decoupling effects between economic growth and carbon emissions based on Shanghai City, the results showed that both showed an overall weak off hook state, of which 2008-2009 years and 2011-2012 years in two phases strong decoupling state, and the STIRPAT model based on the empirical analysis of the economic effects of carbon emission of land use in Shanghai City, the result shows that the relationship between strong correlation between Shanghai city land use and carbon emissions, economic construction with the effect of carbon emissions is the most significant; thirdly, the ARIMA model to predict the land use data of 2015-2020 in Shanghai City carbon emissions based on the results of future land use in Shanghai City carbon emissions growth slowed down significantly, the average annual net carbon emissions Growth was 0.23% lower than average annual growth 1999-2014 years rate was 1.85%; then, using NSGA-II genetic algorithm according to the Shanghai municipal land use data in 2014 simulation to measure the land use adjustment effect of carbon emission, and puts forward four kinds of optimization scheme -- "economic bias type", "technology oriented", "low carbon biased" and "balanced"; finally, based on the explain model structure of Shanghai city land use influencing factors of carbon emission effect of the hierarchical decomposition and influencing factors of multilayer hierarchical explanation of system structure, including industrial and food and beverage industry, transportation, forestry and animal husbandry is effect of carbon emissions is one of the main factors affecting land use.
