Along with the rapid development of social economy,more and more intense market competition.Enterprise is more and more aware of the importance of cultural construction,and as the key factor for enterprise survival and development.As the country's most important construction enterprises such as H Group Company.Is no exception,has the enterprise culture construction work on the agenda.Enterprise culture construction is the core of the spirit of enterprise,enterprise values,the concept of enterprise management,cultivate,and ideological and moral quality of the staff.H Group Company as a typical large state-owned enterprise,in the fierce market competition environment,the enterprise culture construction quality directly affects the survival and development of the enterprise,so if in the face of severe competition,make the enterprise healthy and continuous development,is an important project for the development of enterprises.Companies should first identify the weak links that exist in the enterprise culture construction process,and in-depth research and analysis,targeted solution to it,eventually improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise.Based on the above analysis,H Group Company should build "people-oriented" enterprise culture strategy:(1)Comprehensive combing H Group Company management system,in view of the management and construction project layer to establish different management system,at the same time,strengthen the employee's career planning and training,implementation of the system and the training strategy;(2)Strengthen and refine enterprise spirit in H Group Company.It is as the soul of value idea,set up the company personification team consciousness;(3)The innovation of enterprise culture,and actively create a good atmosphere of enterprise culture construction.(4)Team building enterprise culture,make enterprise staff actively integrated into the team organization,play a role of team together,and finally build a powerful team.In order to ensure the smooth implementation to carry out the enterprise culture construction strategy,H Group Company should build corresponding strategies and methods,such as setting up internal information exchange platform,not only can improve the communication efficiency of the company's internal and external environment changes of rapid response ability,also can straighten out the company's business processes and improve the management system of the company.This paper first summarized the introduces the related basic theory of enterprise culture,and then to the situation of the enterprise culture of H Group Company is analyzed,and puts forward some solutions,aiming at the problem of face of finally summed up the promotion of H Group Company.In the end,through the enterprise culture construction and implementation,improve the comprehensive quality of company staff,promote the economic efficiency of enterprises growth.
