In the process of the new generation of migrant workers into the city, the first problem faced that at that time is the problem of employment. Migrant workers, university students’ employment and re-employment of laid-off workers, these three employment problems are urgently being solved in our country and the employment problem of the migrant workers is particularly prominent, for community employment problem should consider above all is the employment cognition, namely, employment idea. Employment is a barrier which the new generation of migrant workers cannot get over. It’s always ignored about the employment ideas of them. Especially increasingly frequent communication, it’s important to think about the relation, progress, representation, social logic between the mediation and employment ideas.According to the normal division of mediation, research will be divided into three parts about their media exposure behaviors. The fundamental relation between the new generation and media exposure will be profiled that as an individual the new generation increases the control of mediation, while as a group the new generation keeps the feature of the village floating around the city. Using "Mediated Division of Work" to present the interacted consequence between the media exposure behaviors and the employment ideas of the new generation.
