Research On The Function And The Realization Approach Of Marine Eco-culture In The Construction Of Coastal Eco-city

The rapid development of domestic coastal economic region, in recent years, not merely promotes the prosperity of seaside cities, but also provokes the striking deterioration of marine ecosystem, which has been jeopardizing the sustainable development of seashore areas as well as the healthy lifestyle of the residents there, making it imperative to construct coastal ecological city. Due to the particular locational conditions and special natural environment features, along with its unique historical cultural heritage and specific industrial development, the construction of coastal ecological city have to rely on the ocean, and then make full use of the typical features of marine ecological culture, so as to provide cultural support at all levels.Guided by Marxist ecological thought and Chinese characteristic socialism ecological civilization construction theory, via integrated use of literature analysis, case study method and systematic approach, this paper aims at integrating the core theory of marine ecological culture, clarifying the concept, the connotation, the characteristics and the inherent laws, and tries to form initial theoretical framework. Combining the developing requirements of coastal ecological cities with marine ecological culture, furthermore, this paper studies the unique role it played in the construction of coastal ecological city. Meanwhile, choosing domestic representative seaside city——Tsingtao as a study case, this paper expects to provide a useful reference to the practice for the construction of ecological culture in China, via specific realization approach of marine ecological culture in the construction of coastal ecological city of Tsingtao along with the choice experience.
