With many reasons such as global economic integration and business globalization, the relationship between companies and suppliers are becoming more and more complex and close. Supplier’s quality will be a significant impact and will result in all aspects of performance for the companies. Especially the financial performance reflects more intuitive. Therefore, this research will explore the relationship between supplier evaluation, selection and financial performance. The case company of this research is D company which is a US listed company, also is a multinational company. D company is top ranked in their respective industries, so it is very representative for setting D company as case company in this research. This research is based on a large number of related previous research, and obtaining related data and information by investigation and working experiences, using the method of case studies carried out specific research. In the section of supplier evaluation and selection, using the balanced scorecard as research method to evaluate the key index. In the section of financial performance, using Wole score as research method. Finally, this research got a result that the relationship between supplier evaluation, selection and financial performance of D company is truly existing, and gave suggestion for the problems in supplier management of D company.
