It is facing the complicated and variable living environment for current manufacture industry, customer's demand becomes more and more strict and changeable, also, the price of upstream resource and raw material is going up, the shadow of economic crisis still remain, it becomes keen competition for competitor in the industry. For company surviving and continuously developing in the hard environment, it is key point for how to improving the management skill, raising the product quality as well as reducing the cost of the supply chain operation, especially, it is critical for supplier management which is the source of supply chain.Supplier performance evaluation is the important part of supplier management, it helps to set up the long-term, stable and win-win cooperation relationship between the company and superior supplier, then the company can improve the quality level of raw material, get the competitive price, reduce the cost of managing supply chain, enhance the competition advantage in the industry to achieve the strategic objective.A-Company in Shenzhen as a EMS company need purchase high volume of raw material, and because material is taking a big percentage of the cost, they have to rely on the upstream supplier on the cost, quality, delivery schedule, therefore the supplier management is one of the most important point in the company's long-term strategic development. It is the role for how to optimizing and re-building a fair, reasonable, applicable, effective supplier performance management system in this paper to serve the supplier management and the integrity supply chain management for A company.In this paper, It used Balance Scorecard (BSC) as a guide, based on the strategic management goal and vision, it found out the key points of supplier performance evaluation and combined with related supplier management theory under current situation, and then we can set up a supplier performance evaluation system which was made of quality, price, delivery, service and integrity index. After this, it makes up those shortcomings such as less index, simple calculation method and lack of incentive mechanism.
