Currently,with the rapid growth of information technology,corporate internal effective communication has become an important link in its normal operation and realization of goals as well as an integral part of corporate management.As corporate management advances,the traditional management model has been gradually replaced by the new one that divides management units by projects.And during the implementation of a project,communication involved covers almost all aspects of the company’s internal communication.In this context,the paper provides a case study of Z Company and combines it with living examples of engineering project,analyzing strategies for the company’s internal communication and improving its internal communication management.After reviewing abundant domestic and foreign literature,the paper gains a full understanding of theories on organizational communication,and then by issuing questionnaires and conducting interviews among the company’s employees,it learns about the current status of communication within the company from the angle of the employees,analyzes the actual effects of the company’s internal communication under its existing communication system through some project examples,and thereby identifies possible communication problems and harriers,which provide a reliable basis for improving and perfecting the company’s internal communication.Based on the above analysis and research,the paper finally combines theory with reality and proposes appropriate communication strategies from the following aspects:construction of communication system; establishment of the project’s internal communication system and other aspects.These strategies are aimed to improve the effectiveness of the company’s internal communication in such aspects as ideas,systems and ability so as to achieve reasonable and efficient communication within Z Company.
