Study On Adaptive Selection And Development Of Regional Industries In Economic New Normal

Understanding, adapting and leading the new normal has become the region and country’s general logic of promoting the economic development in the present and the long period of the future. Based on deeply understanding new concept,new thought,new characteristics,new trends,new challenges,new opportunities,new impetus and new measures of the economic new normal,we have to think:Under the new normal,the regions,especially the backward region should fully consider their comparative advantages of resources, and then they should proactively choose and intensively cultivate the leading industry group which is according with the industry trend and the objective reality to ensure these industries realize the transformation and upgrading and to provide the core power for the regional economic sustainable and healthy development.First of all,by analyzing a large number of literature at home and abroad,this paper systematically summarized the necessity of adaptive selections of regional industry under the new normal; after that raised the theoretical basis about the adaptive selections and the development of the regional industry based on the theories of industrial structure and leading industry,comparative advantage and industrial life cycle,sustainable development and adaptive selection.Secondly,this paper defined the adaptive selections of regional industry under the new normal and systematically analyze its internal mechanism, meanwhile build a theoretical model for development of regional adaptive industry from the perspective of R&D and accumulation under the new normal. What’s more,the paper systematically analyze the current situation of industrial development in GuangXi and make an empirical research on the GuangXi industrial adaptive selections under the new normal, then on the basis of the previous analyzed the impact which R&D and accumulation act on the adaptive industries output growth in GuangXi to provide the empirical support for the research of this paper.Finally,according to the theories and empirical analysis,the paper put forward the proposal for general condition and targeted measures recommended for adaptive selections and development of GuangXi industries which are providing the policy guidance for the regions (especially for GuangXi) to adapt and lead the new normal.
