The development of Corporate Culture has brought new opportunities for enterprises in various countries and helped them make good performance,which has even triggered growing numbers of enterprises pursuing it.As we all know,the Culture culture strategy is basically composed of three parts,namely,mind culture,behavior culture and material culture,among which the mind culture is in the soul position,guiding the behavior and material culture.The Corporate Culture strategy of Chinasalt Jintan Company is different from that of most enterprises,because it has extracted the core concept of"virtuous culture"as its mind culture from the traditional Chinese culture.The communication effect research of corporate culture strategy of Chinasalt Jintan Company echoes with the sinicization of CIS theory.In this paper,Chinasalt Jintan Company will be taken as the object of study.The first research task is to find out problems existing in the theoretical CIS strategy the tool for shaping corporate culture through the collection of relevant data of CIS strategy,the combination with the CIS related theory,and the in-depth comparative analysis.Second,we assessed the corporate culture through the questionnaire survey to find out problems in it,and compared the corporate culture with CIS to analyze the internal problems CIS involves.Finally,we searched every reasons for the problems founded based on the collected data,long-term observation and interviews with the company's employees,and made some suggestions for improving and optimizing the existing CIS strategy of the company,and then promoted the corporate culture effect.
