Corporate culture communication have been being carried out continuously from the birth of corporate. Since corporate culture was introduced to China in the eighties of last century, its theoretical analysis and applied communication research have been lagging behind the practical operation of corporate, especially on the field of corporate culture communication. Communication is the basic nature of culture, therefore this thesis is quite meaningful for further study in corporate culture and corporate practice. From the perspective of cultural anthropology, this thesis reverts the three participants in the process of corporate culture communication which are employees and the public as the receiver, corporate and the culture it carries as the objects of study and society and culture to their original status which are individuals, society and culture in human society. This study makes the nature of receiver, corporate culture, society and the relationship between them more clarity and clearer within its threshold. At the same time, according to the audience, corporate culture communication can be divided into two parts that are internal communication and external communication. This thesis separately focuses on two major points: internalization in the process of internal communication and establishing a excellent corporate image in external communication.Based on the theories of psychology and communication, useing the classic models in communication firstly by decontextaulisation reading, this thesis showed the entire process of internal communication, made a detailed and objective analysis on the internalization mechanism, summed up the internal communication modles within the corporate culture in a realistic point of view. Practically,this thesis gives some useful reference to corporate on mass media selection and finally demonstrates author's opinion on the effectiveness of corporate culture communication.Overall, this thesis made a panoramic and systematic analysis on the process of corporate culture communication and discussed the effectiveness of corporate culture communication to some degree. Corporate may benefit from it theoretically and practically.
