The Study On The Influence Of Learning Effect Between Enterprises

Development zone is not only the region to drive economic development and implement regional development strategy, but also the vanguard to build an open type economy and attract foreign capital, even it is the demonstration zone of technology innovation and green intensive development. In the background of the transformation of the mode of economic development in China, The research on the influence of the learning effect between enterprises is limited in the development zone, which has an important strategic significance for improving the labor productivity and industrial upgrading in the development zone.Development zone, as an enterprise gathering area inevitably exists in learning process among enterprise. Through the process, the enterprise can acquire much knowledge and technology which is conducive to their own production and operation so that it can save innovation cost.The existing studies are very few to relate social capital, learning ability, the flow efficiency of knowledge and technology, regional innovation culture atmosphere, the type of mutual learning between enterprises and mechanism of learning effect of enterprises in development zone.Therefore, this paper makes a concrete analysis which is about the inherent function of social capital, learning ability, the flow efficiency of knowledge and technology, regional innovation culture atmosphere to learning effect. The path of learning effect can divide into the forward and backward enterprises of learning path, the competition enterprises of learning path, and other subjects of learning path. Through further analysis of influencing factors of industrial upgrading were put forward to the mechanism of learning effect to industrial upgrading in specialized agglomeration and diversification of industrial agglomeration in the development zone. On the basis of theoretical analysis, I design the questionnaire and choose 198 companies in Taiyuan high tech Zone as my sample, using factor analysis and structural equation model to verify the effect of learning effect between enterprises to labour productivity in development zone. The research results show that:(1)Social capital, learning ability, the flow efficiency of knowledge and technology, regional innovation culture atmosphere of enterprises in development zone has significantly positive effect to learning effect between enterprises.(2)Learning effect between enterprises has significantly positive effect to labour productivity. In the end, this paper put forward some countermeasure: Attach importance to foster good relationship with other enterprises in development zone; pay more attention to obtain the knowledge by firm mutual learning; enhance their learning ability and the ability of independent research and development innovation; guide the development zone enterprises to strengthen coordination of culture; establish the service network which is rooted in development zone; promote to establish production education research cooperation alliance and the enterprises is the dominant.
