Analysis Of The Effect Of The Entrepreneurial Environment On The Causing Path Of Entrepreneurial Performance Of The Rural Microenterprise

National Development and Reform Commission, together with four ministries and commissions, issued “implementation suggestions of promoting the development of innovation and creating new competitive advantages for the northeast ol d industrial bases” on June 26, 2015. They proposed to carry out the service policies about supporting entrepreneurial tax relief for workers, securing loans, and arranging sites, to strengthen training and service, to support entrepreneurship of the returned migrant workers in group, and at the meanwhile to encourage the utilization of existing rural industrial parks, idle factories and schools, and training facilities for scientific research in order to provide the incubation services for innovation and e ntrepreneurship of farmers. The rural microenterprise, as an economic organization created and managed by farmers, has a dual role both in creating employment and raising income of farmers, and contributes a lot to promoting rural economical development. With the continuous prominence of the importance of rural microenterprises, the research about entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance of rural microenterprises aimed by scholars becomes much more deeper.This paper takes the eastern region of Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia as the research area(hereinafter referred to as the “northeast”) and rural microenterprises as the research subject, and also based on the field survey data to recognize the causing path and entrepreneurial perfor mance of rural microenterprise. Based on the accurate definition of entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial performance and causing path, this paper introduces basic information of entrepreneurship and current situation of entrepreneurial environment of northeast rural microenterprises, selects components of entrepreneurial environment and assessment criteria of entrepreneurial performance, and constructs the theoretical model of causing path where entrepreneurial environment has a great effect on the entrepreneurial performance of rural microenterprises. According to the survey data of 272 rural microenterprises, this paper takes advantage of structural equation mode to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial performance of rural microenterprises and definitely optimizes the causing path of entrepreneurial performance. The results show that the different entrepreneurial environment factors of rural micro enterprises have an obvious correlation with the differ ent causing paths of survival performance, growth performance, and innovation performance. The differences in the causing paths requests that policy support should abide by the “matching” principle, and should be also targeted to improve entrepreneurial performance of rural microenterprises to enhance the performance of rural microenterprise, which also provides reference to stimulating economic development in the northeast area.
