Study On The Effect Of Regional Technical Innovation Capability On Enterprises’ Economic Benefit

In today’s increasingly competitive international background,Technological innovation isa powerful driving force of regional economic development.The enterprises’ economicbenefits is the lifeblood of the enterprises’ survival and development,relate to the survival ofthe enterprise and have a great influence on the national development,social progress andimproving people’s living standard.Jiangsu Provice is located in the economically developedYangtze river delta area, The technical innovation ability and the enterprise economic benefitis good, but with the developed areas of technology innovation ability and the enterpriseeconomic benefit situation still has a gap. Therefore, to study from the perspective oftechnology innovation enterprise economic benefit has the practical significance. In this paper,the relationship between technology innovation and the economic efficiency of enterprises hascarried on the empirical research, including the following:First, to evaluate the technological innovation capability. On the basis of previousscholars’ research, select the six indicators from the level of level of technology innovationinvestment, sustainable development of the technology, technological innovation output. Byusing entropy and topsis method to calculate the score the technology innovation capacity of13cities. The results show that technological innovation capability, Jiangsu Province,13cities have significant differences, the strongest region is SuNan,SuZhong region isstronger,SuBei region is strong.Then select the average profit margin per capita, the main business income per capita,operating profit margin, net profit margin, the overall Labour productivity and industrialadded value rate of six indexes of13cities in Jiangsu province to evaluate the economicbenefit of industrial enterprises above designated size. Using entropy and TOPSIS method tocalculate the13municipal economic composite scores, the results show that the economicbenefits of enterprises in the SuNan region is the best,SuZhong region is better,and athoughSuBei region is poor but in the stage of rapid development.Then make the regression analysis of the technical innovation ability and the enterprises’economic benefit.Research results show that the technological innovation ability of enterpriseeconomic benefits have a positive correlation, and lag correlation. Number of R&D andtechnical personnel to the enterprise economic benefits have lagged two years is affecting,R&D funding and patent authorization number has lag one year is influence on enterprise,college students has no impact on the enterprise economic benefit, production of new andhigh technology has a positive influence on enterprises’ economic benefits.Finally, to improve the ability of technological innovation and the enterprise economic benefit is proposed, that is, strengthen innovation consciousness, increase investment in R&Dfunds and manpower, the protection of intellectual property rights, the development ofhigh-tech industries, and strengthen government guide are proposed. And in the future wasprospected.
