The Research Of Competitiveness And Cooperative Path Between Hefei And Cities In The Middle And Lower Reaches Of The Yangtze River

With the deepening advancement of economic globalization and regional integration, the city is going to be important carrier to directly participate in the competition and cooperation, and plays an increasingly important role for promote regional development. Initially researches upon city which are mainly focused on the study of urban competitiveness, however, now, the cooperation among the cities in recent years are also increasingly highlighted, and studies of the mixed relations attract more and more attention from academy. Cooperation like two sides of a coin, which is, opposite and fused as a unified whole. Emphasize the competition of cities in the area or expend too much emphasis on regional cooperation and ignore the necessity of reasonable competition in the area are all disadvantaged to the development of the city. Only by balancing the relationship between competition and corporation, and deal problems with it correctly, could establish a benign urban relationship between city and the sustainable development.The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River city group contains two urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River delta, on the one hand, Hefei became a part of the city group of Yangtze River delta in 2014 which can allow itself to participate in the integrated development. On the other hand, the cooperation between Hefei and the middle reaches of Yangtze River is also in unceasing development and become deepening day by day. Hefei increasingly involved with the two big urban agglomeration has occupied an important period of its development, in the context of such a new situation, study of compare the competiveness level between Hefei city and other cities in middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River and the researches of the economic integration will make significant sense for strengthen the cooperation of them, and of course it will promote the development of Hefei itself.This article selects 37 cities of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as the research object. For understanding of Hefei city competitiveness level’s position in the city group of middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river, this paper combining with the characteristics of development of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river city, to build a city competitiveness index system on the basis of the scientific principle of comprehensiveness, operability principle and systematic principle. Then through SPSS software, using factor analysis method to analyze those 37 cities on the economy, creativeness, environment, culture and region. Then, using the five classification score results as variables for cluster analysis,37 cities of comprehensive competitiveness can be divided into the "super competitiveness", "strong competitiveness", "competitiveness", "inefficiency competitiveness" and "weak competitiveness" as five levels, Hefei gets strong competitiveness level. In order to understand and the economic integration of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river city, firstly Hefei adopted economic gravity model, analysis economic power degree of Hefei with other 36 cities, secondly using the extroverted function quantity model, analyzed extroverted function of 10 major industry quantity in the 37 urban. Finally, on the basis of the analysis conclusion, explore Hefei path of cooperation with other cities with directions:perfection the mechanism of regional cooperation, promote transformation and upgrading of industry and improve the regional traffic network infrastructure.
