The ecological benefit of ecological tourism cannot be easily measured. Therefore it is impossible to transact in the market directly. The article tries to establish a stable and diversified compensation mechanism to ensure that the Shicheng village ecological environment to be properly protected. This paper attempts to explore market leading tourism ecological compensation mechanism construction feasible, through literature review, questionnaire survey, and multivariate statistics method. There are several aspects in this article.Firstly, it is combed with the era background and ecological compensation and tourism ecological compensation of the existing research and practice. At the same time, a detailed analysis of China’s current ecological compensation theory research and practice mechanism is be processed. The author points out the existing main problems in this field. The paper defines the concept of ecological compensation and tourism ecological compensation, which combing the existing literature, as well as discusses the theory and category of the research of ecological compensation and tourism ecological compensation. Then, the article aimed at the ecological and tourism characteristics of Taoyuanxiangu and Heilongtan in Shicheng Village, through a questionnaire survey of the willingness to pay for the surrounding tourists. Finally, according to the results of the survey, the paper points out there is 61.75 millon yuan per year in the area and it is possible to establish the tourism eco-compensation mechanism by the means of market. The paper analyzes the suggestions and opinions on the establishment of tourism eco- compensation mechanism under the market oriented.
