With the increasing development of cross-border e-commerce,cross-border logistics has always been a pain point that restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce.This article will take China’s first cross-border e-commerce B2B enterprise DHgate as the research object,and analyze its targeted solutions for cross-border e-commerce logistics strategy innovation.This article first analyzes the macro-environment of China’s export cross-border e-commerce,and selects Europe,Latin America and Middle East,which have good e-commerce development momentum,to analyze their market potential in detail.Next,it analyzes the development strategy of DHgate and its peers.Analyze the competition situation and the internal environment of the enterprise;and then elaborate on the DHgate’s logistics delivery strategy,distribution strategy,and logistics service assessment standards within the platform.The next research on the cross-border logistics strategy of DHgate found that the cross-border supply chain and logistics cost are the two key factors that affect customer satisfaction,and may affect the continuous operation of SMEs.Therefore,in order to solve these two problems,considering that DHgate has its own overseas warehouses,the utilization rate is not yet very high.Therefore,I want to make deep use of the overseas warehouse strategy.On the one hand,it can shorten the mileage of cross-border logistics and greatly shorten the logistics time;on the other hand,it can improve the operating profit of DHgate’s self-built overseas warehouses and reduce logistics costs.Finally,an innovative method of contract alliance is adopted.It is assumed that the level of cross-border e-commerce demand is affected by the two factors of the service level of overseas warehouses and the service level of the distributors in the destination country.By establishing a supply chain centralized decision,decentralized decision,and a combination contract alliance model based on cost sharing and revenue sharing under the self-built overseas warehouse model,and using the service level cost coefficient as a variable,to study the decentralized decision of DHgate’s self-built overseas positions under the strategy of combined contract alliance.To achieve the desired profit effect of centralized decision-making,in order to reduce overseas warehouse logistics costs.
