The Research Of Transportation Talent Team Construction In Yunnan

The multi polarization and economic of globalization trend is more and more obvious today, and China is in the key stage of reform and development. The intersection protection status and role of national "One Belt and One Road" strategy of Yunnan will be further highlighted, and its location advantage will be further brought into play. Transportation is the artery of national economy, and which is the cornerstone of national economic and social development,therefore, it puts forward new and higher requirements to Yunnan in quickening the transportation construction and enhancing the capacity of connecting inside and outside. Talent is the first resource in resources, and which is also an important impetus to the development of the transportation and social progress, only establishing a high-quality talent team can ensure the transportation of Yunnan in a high speed, stable and sustainable development.To speed up the talent training and development is a major strategic choice in the fierce competition to win, and it is very important for speeding up the talent team construction that we look at the issue of transportation talent team construction in Yunnan from the strategic height.In this thesis, combining with the Yunnan transportation system of talent development status and demand, we propose the transportation talent team construction countermeasures in Yunnan before an in-depth analysis of the existing problems. In the first chapter, the thesis explain the research background, significance and current research, and then research content and technical route of this thesis is given. In the second chapter, some concepts of transportation talent are defined firstly, and then some related theories are introduced, such as the theory of human resource. In the third chapter, we analyze the development situationof transportation talent in Yunnan firstly, and then the existing problems are analyzed before the requirements for future development and the achievements and successful experience in recent years are summarized. In the fourth chapter, we analyze the situationof transportation talent work experience at home and abroad in developed areas. In the fifth chapter, we propose the talent team construction countermeasures of Yunnan, and taking an in-depth elaborating to the contents.The research method of this thesis will be both qualitative and quantitative, not only do we propose new concept which have docked the superior policy and planning requirements, but also we have qualitativerequirements and quantitative goals. The research results can be used as the top-level designof transportation talent team construction in Yunnan, and providing reference to strategic guidance, formulation of development planning and work plan. The results are also very important to establish a strong talent consciousness, ensuring the investmentto talent work and pushing forward the talent team construction of transportation, and which can provide a strong talent guarantee and intellectual supportfor the development of Yunnan.
