The world is in a period of great development,great change and great adjustment,China is in a critical period of reform and development.The construction of “the Belt and Road Initiative”has become an important part of China's current strategic deployment.In“the Belt and Road Initiative”,Lianyungang,which is located in the“strategic focus” is the core area and pilot area of the intersection construction of “the Belt and Road Initiative”China's transportation development is in the critical period of supporting the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way,the key period of optimizing the network layout,and the transformation period of improving quality and efficiency.Therefore,Lianyungang City puts forward new requirements and new challenges for focusing on building a comprehensive transportation system,enhancing the linkage between regional ports,internal and external interaction,and factor mobility.Talents are the most important resources among many resources.They are inseparable from talents in industry management,facilities construction and other aspects.They are an important support for industry development and social progress.Only by cultivating and building a high-quality and high-level excellent administrative personnel can we better provide a strong guarantee for the development of Lianyungang transportation.Accelerating the development of talents is to win the initiative in the fierce competition.From a strategic perspective,it is of great significance to examine the construction of transportation administrative talents in Lianyungang,which is of great significance to accelerate the construction of talents and form the competitive advantage of talents.Talent team construction in lianyungang city transportation administrative system as the research object,based on the current situation of lianyungang city transportation personnel administrative system research and analysis,combines the actual conditions of the transportation administrative personnel work,under the precondition of extensive analysis for reference foreign talent development practice,based on the existing transportation administrative talent development background of our country,Analyzed and summarized the current Lianyungang traffic and transportation administrative talent team construction problems.Taking the problem as the orientation,through the analysis of the causes of the problems,deeply refined and summarized the solutions,combined with the relevant content,discussed the factors restricting the construction of talent team in the transportation administrative system of Lianyungang City,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of talent team.It provides theoretical basis for Lianyungang transportation to construct administrative talent development system.
