At present,talent has become an important factor for the development of enterprises or even a nation.Currently,influenced by the economic downside factors,the social and economic environment of the enterprise is increasingly complex and changeable,the enterprises are facing more difficulties and challenges.However,such rapid change also brings greater opportunities for the enterprises,and the key is to adapt to the complex and changeable environment quickly.How to strengthen the construction of enterprise management talent team has become one of the most important issues in the current management practice of enterprises.Unfortunately,most of the tourist attractions in China still focus on the development and planning of scenic spots,and lack enough attention for the construction of management talents.As a matter of fact,no matter how prominentl resources a scenic area has,if it doesn't attach importance to professional talents and does not specializes in management and operation,it will inevitably go to the opposite side of the market,and its vitality and attractiveness will inevitably decrease or even disappear.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of enterprise management personnel become a very important issue in the current enterprise management practice.This paper takes SW scenic area management company as a case,and based on the analysis of the present situation,the existing problems and reasons,the suggestions and measures to optimize the company's management personnel construction are put forward.This paper is carried out by quantitative and qualitative analysis,firstly,the basic information of the management talents in SW scenic area management company is carried out by literature and questionnaire.Then points out the main problems in the development of management talents,such as the target is obscure,the policy is not perfect,the training mechanism is missing,the effect of the use and selection mechanism is not obvious,and the performance appraisal mechanism needs to be perfected.Based on the analysis of these problems,some practical measures are put forward.I hope this paper could clear the development direction of the management talent team construction,improve and promote the management of human resources in SW company effectively,and build an efficient and practical work team for the company.
