The Study On Model Of Knowledge Increase In Collaborative Innovation Network

With the sustainable development of innovation system in China, collaborative innovation is becoming an important form of the development of the innovation system, in the area of knowledge coordination, innovation activities is no longer performed by single innovator but a number of innovators, which leads to establishment of collaborative innovation networks. How to achieve coordinated growth of knowledge innovation in network has attracted more and more attention.Therefore recognizing restricting factors as well as promoting the organization of knowledge increase have certain theoretical and practical significance.The paper from the perspective of knowledge flow summary of knowledge increase factors, building theory model of collaborative innovation network knowledge increasing, using the model of structural equation to confirmatory factor analysis that of collaborative innovation network knowledge increasing, and promoting collaborative innovation network knowledge growth strategy.The study found that collaborative innovation network knowledge increase despite the impact of four factors, but how various factors influence on the growth of different; Collaborative innovation network, knowledge environment factors of synergy innovation network knowledge growth of load greatly, and the knowledge environment and the body of knowledge for collaborative innovation network of new knowledge growth path coefficient is larger. Also from the authenticated factors point of view on the promotion of knowledge growth strategies.
