With the market circumstance sustainable development and knowledge update keeps growing rapidly in the 21 century, the formation and enhancement of the corporations' core competence depend on human resource more and more. The competition among corporations has already mainly converted into competition for talents, so the human resource management has already become important assurance of corporations' development.High rate of employee turnover has become a common phenomenon. People does a lot of researches on how to manage the employee turnover to optimize the organization. In this paper, the author made a survey in P Technical Automotive Center Co.,Ltd (PTAC) as an example, to investigate the current high employee turnover among the Knowledge-based employee, based on this research, this paper puts forward feasible solutions on how to manage the human resources. This paper introduces the theory of human resource management and the employee turnover, to investigate the management of knowledge based employee. A survey is approached among PTAC to establish the uniqueness of PTAC, and help PTAC to be aware of the weakness of the HRM in this organization, and then put forwards a series of suggestions by using the philosophy that presented in the chapters before.This paper first puts forward the importance of the Human resource management, pointing out corporations carrying out Human resource management's actual meaning. The second section emphasizes to elaborate the management of employee turnover, and how this management impacts corporations. The third and four sections is the main body of the full paper, in the two parts, the author first briefly introduces the theory of Human Resource Management (HRM) for knowledge based employee, and base on this theory, the author presents the factors that might impacts the employee turnover. In the fourth section, the author takes a deep research on the PTAC dismissed employee by questionnaire survey and interviews, to find out the sticking points on the PTAC current Human resource management. The last section of this paper is a summary for the full test. Also, the author provides some feasible suggestions to help the corporations to improve their HRM.This paper takes PTAC as a good example, explore the causes for its employee turnover, and then conclude the root cause for the knowledge based employee turnover by expanding this research.
