Under The ERP System Environment, Xinxiang Power Supplycompany Material Contract Execution Process Risk Control

As the comprehensively deepening of material resources intensification, the interface of material management is becoming wider, the chain longer, and it’s becoming more difficult to realize the integrated operational, so we should strengthen the lean management of material resources intensification. In this thesis, the methods of risk preventions in the process of materials contract implementation under EPR system in Xinxiang Power Supply Company are studied, and the project executing processes are introduced detailedly. Combining the problems of management system and procedure in the materials contract implementation process with the actual situation, carrying out the general system of material management, improve the level of standardization of materials and application of informatization. Deepen the ERP information system application management, strengthening the construction of risk prevention and control, strengthen supervision and inspection of the key links, cut the risk source and risk points, improve the risk prevention and control system.First, the meaning, characteristics, basic performance and the relationship between the development course and management strategy of enterprise is introduced in this paper, and the guarantee and effect of informatization application of State Grid supplies is highlighted by introducing the use of EPR system in the informatization of State Grid supplies. Second, the problem and optimization measures in the materials contract implementation process of Xinxiang Power Supply Company in the EPR system is analyzed, and then the implementation process of key materials in Jinbei substation is taken as an example, aiming at the problems in the process, an entire control is implemented which includes submission of material requirement planning, drawing delivery, production-manufacturing and delivery of transportation. At last, based on the risk assessment and control of the implementation process in State Grid supplies, expounding the importance of strengthening the prevention and control of risk comprehensive, in order to post processes for point, line, business to face, deepening the whole process of supply chain risk prevention and control of long-acting mechanism, strengthening the precontrol of risk points in important areas and points and the risk prevention awareness of employee on supplies, so that to make the law, integrity, public opinion, secrecy and other controllable risk in control.
