Research Of Agricultural Enterprise Finance Based On Industrial Cluster

As the main body of the rural economy, agricultural enterprises play an important role in the national economy and have a great significance to promote agricultural and rural development. In our country, agricultural enterprises make an important contribution to developing rural economy, increasing farmers’ income and improving the international competitiveness of agricultural products. With the disadvantages of small size, weak anti-risk ability and weak innate quality, agricultural enterprises have the worse financing environment compared with other small and medium-sized enterprises. Financing difficulties have become an important bottleneck hindering the development of the agricultural enterprises. As a new type of economic organization, industry cluster has distinctive theory advantage in financing and puts an effective way to solve the problem of agricultural enterprises financing difficulties. But in reality, there are contradictions between financing advantages of industry cluster in theory and financing difficulty in reality. So discussing how to exert industrial cluster financing advantage, setting up and improving the financing system of industrial cluster and alleviating agricultural enterprises financing difficult have very important practical significance.First of all, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper did a research on financing present situation and the cause of the agricultural enterprises in China. We got that the agricultural enterprise financing problems should be solved quickly. Secondly, coming up with the concept of industry cluster, we put forward that industrial cluster has a special advantage on financing, it puts an effective way to crack agricultural enterprises financing difficult. And then we analyzed the influencing factors, which restrain the financing advantages of industrial cluster in reality and found a breakthrough point for the below policy analysis. At last, on the basis of above analysis, drawing on the experience of cluster financing model of countries all over the world and according to our country’s actual national conditions, we discussed that which cluster financing model is suitable for China and put forward relevant policy suggestions for perfecting our country’s cluster financing model and improving agricultural enterprise financing present situation, including the government support, establishing and perfecting guarantee system, setting up multi-level capital market and financial institutions.
