Agricultural finance is an important financing channel for farmers’ professional cooperatives, for the cash strapped farmers professional cooperatives, agricultural financial supply adequacy and not will directly affect the farmers’ input to the farmer specialized cooperatives enthusiasm and farmer cooperatives development, but in Henan province the status of agriculture related financial institutions to support the development of farmers’ Professional cooperatives, in addition to the presence of inadequate support, service and demand does not match the old problems, also appeared in the some new problems.Under this background, this article through the relevant literature summarized Henan Province financial support for agricultural cooperative development in recent years, related to the economic theory of financial support (such as the theory of financial innovation, financing agriculture subsidy theory as the support, etc.), from the two aspects of Henan provincial agricultural cooperatives development and financial support establish the system of index, and then analyzing it use the gray relational model, assessment of the related of the indexes of the financial support and each index of the agricultural cooperative development in Henan Province. Combination evaluation results and relevant literature data have been collected, the findings of in the process of Henan Province financial support farmer cooperatives development, lack of professional farmers cooperatives own funds and materials, non standardization of the operation mechanism; lack of financial supply, construction of a security system is not perfect, backward financial infrastructure in the rural areas; agricultural insurance market some further development of a series of problems. The main reason of causing these problems can be summarized for farmer cooperatives in Henan Province set up a short time, the financing channel is narrow, farmers is a lack of understanding of farmers’ professional cooperatives; agricultural risk is high, policy financial institutions is lack of support, commercial financial institutions are unwilling to invest.Based on the above analysis, to further promote the financial support for the development of farmer cooperatives can proceed from the following aspects:farmer cooperatives need to improve their awareness of risk control, improve the operating conditions; financial institutions need to continue to promote the innovation of financial products and services, strengthen infrastructure construction, a reasonable allocation of credit resources; improve the agricultural insurance service, the innovation of financial system the credit guarantee system, guarantee and commercial guarantee policy combination; at the same time, In view of the vigorous development of Agricultural Internet banking in Henan Province, financial institutions need to strengthen the innovation in the Internet financial aspects, and cooperate with relevant government departments to do the promotion work of Internet banking in the farmers’ professional cooperatives in.
