With the economic development of China, energy shortage has become increasingly evident. The development and utilization of fossil fuels not only accelerated the depletion of these valuable resources, and caused serious environmental problems. In order to protect the ecological environment, the government has begun to develop distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in recent years, and a large number of distributed PV support policies are introduced, which makes the distributed PV projects are in explosive development. By the end of 2014, China’s total installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation are 28050000 kilowatts, of which, distributed photovoltaic 4670000 kilowatts. But the construction of distributed photovoltaic power station is restricted by many conditions, the risk level is high. Therefore, it is possible to identify the potential risk of the distributed PV power plant and put forward the corresponding risk control measures, so as to build the power station, not only can make a contribution to the country’s power development, but also can bring a set of economic benefits to the investment. Based on the specific case of Suqian 20MW distributed PV project, this paper uses the theory of risk management to identify and analyze the investment risk of the project, and then puts forward some measures to deal with the risk, and provides some references for the development of distributed PV projects in the future.This paper is divided into six chapters. Firstly, the background and significance of this study, the research status of risk management of distributed PV piojects in China and abroad, and the research contents of this thesis are described. Through the concept of risk and risk management, the paper puts forward the basic steps of risk management, which provides a theoretical basis for the full text.Secondly, the paper make a comprehensive introduction of Suqian 20MW distributed PV projects, by using the method of risk management, existing to the project risk identification, using expert scoring method of risk analysis, and for risk assessment, through analysis, binary distributed photovoltaic power generation project investment risk have comprehensive understanding.Finally, by analyzing the actual risks of Suqian 20MW distributed PV project, the paper provides the detailed measures to ensure the smooth construction of the project. At the same time, it also provides a reference for other distributed PV projects.
