Couriers’ Working Stress Affecting His Voice Behavior On Psychological Capital Adjustment

There is important significance of employee voice behavior for the Innovative development of enterprises, at the same time employees are facing increasing stress, psychological capital as a positive psychological state in individual inner impact on the formation of working stress, also affect employee voice behavior. Therefore, the research of employees in the face of stress will make suggestions whether, and plays the role in the process of psychological capital becomes particularly important. At present, a lot of scholars have studied on the influence of working stress on employee voice behavior, from the perspective of negative stress to deal with working stress only, without the division of positive and negative, in addition, without considering the effect of psychological capital on employees’ voice behavior relationship in the work stress. In this study, by courier as the research object, combined with the characteristics of the courier industry, aims at discussing the impacts exerted on voice behavior of couriers by two different stresses----challenge-hindrance. The discussion of regulating effect of psychological capital in the two stresses is the focus.The major work and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:In this study, based on a comprehensive review of the existing work stress, psychological capital and voice behavior relevant literature, constructed the relationship model between variables, hypotheses were presented, in order to validate the hypotheses, the study employs questionnaire survey to collect the data, and this data were processed by using statistical tools such as SPSS 19.0 and AMOS21.0. The research study shows that:challenge stress exerts prominently positive influence on voice behavior of couriers, while hindrance stress has prominently negative influence on their voice behavior; psychological capital and self-efficacy, hope, optimism and tenacity can partially regulate the relation between challenge stress and voice behavior of couriers; psychological capital and self-efficacy, optimism and tenacity can significantly adjust the relation of hindrance stress and voice behavior of couriers, and the regulating effect of hope is insignificant.
