As the most potential resources, the development and utilization of human resources has been paid more and more attention by enterprises, reasonable and operational performance management system is an important part of building a modern enterprise system, but also an important tool for enterprises to implement strategic management, to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, to ensure that enterprises in the market competition in an invincible position has a very important significance.With the continuous development and improvement of China’s market economy system, BLSA Group Co., Ltd. is constantly in accordance with the requirements of modern enterprise system reform, its existing labor and salary system is difficult to meet the requirements of these reforms, performance appraisal system is not perfect, the lack of professional assessment of the staff and so on will affect the competitiveness of enterprises, hinder the sustainable development and continuous innovation. Therefore, it is imperative to reform the existing personnel management system and operation mechanism, and establish an efficient performance management system.This thesis takes the BLSA group as the research object. Firstly, it summarizes the theory of performance and performance management, and provides theoretical support for the follow-up study. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of BLSA group performance management, from the two aspects of performance index selection and management process to explore the existing problems in performance management, and to explore the causes of the problem. Finally on this basis, put forward the BLSA group performance management system optimization ideas, from the two dimensions of organizational performance and individual performance, to the actual management as the starting point, to the implementation of the ground for the purpose, gives the solution of the problem. Proposed BLSA group through a clear management responsibilities, improve the assessment index system, according to the business sector needs to adjust the assessment cycle, flexibility management mandatory distribution ratio, standardized performance complaint supervision, construction and improvement of performance management system and other measures to optimize the existing performance management system, to achieve a truly efficient performance appraisal, improve the efficiency of production and operation of enterprises.In this paper, through theoretical exploration and practical analysis, this paper puts forward practical suggestions for the improvement of human resources performance management level of BLSA group, and expects to provide useful experience for the domestic similar group companies in the performance management of human resources.
