Enterprises generally has a clear development ideas and strategies,with the recent and long-term development goals,on this basis,according to the change of market situation and enterprise internal environment to develop annual business plans and objectives.The management will set the annual management goal layer by layer and form the key performance indicators according to the job responsibilities,so as to ensure the realization of the organizational strategic objectives.In this process,performance management plays an important role.The process of performance management includes performance plan formulation,performance coaching communication,performance assessment,and application of performance results.Performance management can promote the performance of organizations and individuals to ascend,scientific performance appraisal method can effectively improve and enhance the employee's work behavior,motivate staff business,continuous improvement and improve the overall performance,the value of the enterprise and competitiveness and obtain will also strengthen,finally realizes the enterprise strategic objectives.Firstly,this paper discusses the related theories of performance management,including the concept of performance management,performance appraisal model and design method.The current situation of performance appraisal of some IT companies at the same time,its existing performance appraisal system,and analyses the existing problems and reasons,by optimizing the evaluation process,the design key performance indicators,to determine the index weight,to set up the evaluation model and job analysis of reconstruction project for the enterprise performance evaluation system;Finally,the performance appraisal system is implemented and applied in the actual project of the enterprise,which improves the efficiency of project research and development and achieves better results.
