A Optimization Study Of The Measurement Management System In Ningxia G Group

Measurement management is an important part of enterprise quality management, it directly affect the enterprise production and manufacturing, process and product sales, and other links, is an important means to improve the economic benefit, as well as provide referential basis for the quality management from the perspective of technology, is the foundation of the enterprise to improve product quality assurance. G group in Ningxia is a manufacturing enterprises which in order to casting, mechanical manufacture, chemical industry, steel structure and so on as the leading industry, has 12 branches, product market covers China, Asia, Europe, America and so on more than 10 developed countries and regions, is an important force to support economic development of Ningxia. In this paper, the study of metering management system of Ningxia G group is not from a purely technical standpoint, but based on the relevant knowledge of enterprise management and the actual situation of Ningxia G group measurement management, with the international standard ISO10012:2003 measurement process, and requirements of the measuring device as the theoretical basis, using the methods of literature research, case analysis, respectively from the metrology management, management of measuring resource, organization structure and related system measurement confirmation and measurement process implementation, internal audit and supervision of the four aspects of Ningxia G group metering management system present situation analysis, found the problem and put forward the corresponding optimization scheme, to improve the overall level of measurement management and measurement test, make the G group metering management system more perfect and effective, rigorous practical, easy to group related staff to do measurement activities efficient and scientific management, to improve production efficiency and product quality for the enterprise to provide reliable technical support, to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise strategic objectives.
