The Strategy Of How Can China’s Telecom Operators Develop The IPTV Business

Premier Li proposed to develop the plan of "Internet+" in the last year government work report,it requires the Internet play the role of fully integration and optimization in the allocation of production factors, also requires a new location to the new generation of information and communication technologies and the "ecological integration" of the traditional industries from the national strategic level,this can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of various industries such as industry, finance, telecommunications,there is no doubt that the telecommunications industry and the broadcasting industry are playing an important role in industrial restructuring.Along with the increasingly convenient of 4G networks,people began to rely on the phone gradually,the mobile phone not only is communication tool but also extending to everyday tools and become replace the TV set in the living room.With the emergence of triple play IPTV services can transform this situation,the high-definition and the comprehensive service of interactive network recall people began to go back to the living room.Telecommunications network, the Internet, the cable television network three networks this three things merge into one, users can know everything in the world that only sitting in the living pick up the telecontro1.But now, China’s IPTV business operations can not be unified yet, the penetration of user need to be improved,the market capacity need to be ruled,on the one hand the telecommunications company occupies an important channel,on the other hand it is faced the complex competitive environment.In this paper, according to the logic of asking questions and solving problems from the viewing of the telecommunications industry, propose some strategy of how to develop their own and win-win through cooperation.i wish that it can help the telecommunications industry apart from other operators through my research,become the leading operator in the IPTV, then guide the hole business in our country to better, faster and more consistent direction.
