| Cyberloafing has attracted more and more attention,based on previous research the study revised on a cyberloafing scale, through distribute 260 questionnaires and recover 223 valid questionnaires by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, to make it more in line with the requirements of today’s society. And research the relationship of them from the two aspects of moral leadership and organization jutice of their relationship, that is relationship between moral leadership and organizational justice, relations between moral leadership organizational justice and cyberloafing, as well as, whether the organizational justice mediated the relationship between moral leadership and cyberloafing.Through the combination of the field questionnaire and the online questionnaire,209 valid data were collected, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0, LISERAL8.7 and MPLUS8.0. The main results are as follows:(1)The revised cyberloafing scale increases the dimension of online shopping, through verified the revised cyberloafing scale could be effective tool with good reliability and validity.(2)Enterprises and institutions of the moral leadership are significant predictors of organizational justice, among them, the dimension of justice fair and decent people-oriented has obvious influence on the organizational justice.At the same time, fairness dimension has significant predictive effect on procedural justice dimension; moral integrity, people-oriented and fairness dimensions have significant predictive effect on distributive justice dimensions; virtue and people-oriented two dimensions have prediction function on opportunity justice dimension; honest and fair dimensions could be used to predict the interpersonal justice dimensions; people-oriented and fairness two dimensions have significant predictive effect on informational justice dimension.(3)Interpersonal justice dimension has significant predictive on the communicative dimension,of interpersonal justice dimensions have significant predictive power on the spatia lentertainment dimension.(4)Fairness and decent people-oriented dimensions have significantly negative to predict information communication, democratic management dimension has significant negative prediction dimension of entertainment space.(5)Interpersonal justice dimension is complete intermediary role between fairness and information communication dimensions, and organizational justice is fully mediated the dimensions of people-oriented and information communication and distributive justice is fully mediated people-oriented and information communication dimensions. |
