Under the influence of Confucianism and traditional moral values,personal morality and cultivation of leaders have an important influence on the development of organizational strategy and the output of employees.Therefore,in the context of Chinese culture,moral leadership has begun to attract the attention of scholars in recent years,and in-depth exploration of moral leadership has an important impact on the development of Chinese enterprises.Previous studies have shown that moral leadership can directly affect employees' work performance,and can also be applied to work performance under the influence of some intermediary factors.Organizational justice is a subjective perception of employees in the organization,which will affect their work performance.Leaders' fair and impartial management style will enhance employees' sense of fairness.To sum up,this study starts from the perspective of organizational justice,takes moral leadership as the entry point,and on the basis of previous studies,explores the intermediary role of organizational justice in the relationship between moral leadership and employee performance through empirical analysis.In this study,grassroots employees of enterprises were taken as the survey objects,and relevant data were collected by combining questionnaire survey and interview.A total of 339 valid questionnaires and 27 interview cases were obtained.SPSS(16.0)was used to conduct multiple linear regression analysis to explore the influence of moral leadership on employees' work performance and the mediating effect of organizational justice perception.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.There is a significant positive correlation between moral leadership and employee performance,and moral leadership can positively influence employee performance.2.There is significant correlation between moral leadership and perceived organizational justice.Moral leadership can positively influence organizational justice.3.Organizational justice plays an intermediary role between moral leadership and employee performance.Combined with the research results and the current situation of enterprise management,this study proposes some suggestions for enterprise human resource management:Finally,in view of the limitations of this research,combined with the academic frontier,the future direction of the research is prospected.
