| 《Modern vocational education system construction plan( the year of 2014 to2020) 》 put forwarded that vocational education should be well service industrial layout,which would make the vocational education adapt to the industrial structure.With the upgrading of the industrial structure transformation in our country,the demand for a large number of highly qualified and highly skilled talents becomes very urgent.However, from the current social situation, the structural contradictions of the new labor force is very prominent, the main performance of the “dilemma”, that is,the graduates found it difficult in finding jobs while there is lack of required technical skills on the market.The secondary vocational education is mainly for the social training of workers and service personnel, and its specialty setting also have a close relationship with the regional industrial structure.If the specialty setting of secondary vocational school adapts to the development of the regional industrial structure, it can promote the progress of the industrial structure smoothly, and promote the development of regional economic. On the contrary, it will hinder the stable development of the economy.Therefore, it is important to study the specialty setting of secondary vocational schools in the background of industrial structure adjustment in Guangdong Province.In this research, I used the methods of statistical and literature analysis to analyze the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of the specialty settings of secondary vocational school in Guangdong Province in 2013,and combined with the economic situation,the characteristics and development trend of the development status of the three major industries in Guangdong Province in 2013 to explore the adaptability of the specialty setting of the secondary vocational school and industrial structure.Nowadays, the secondary vocational schools in GuangDong Province had formed in the financial business, information technology, processing and manufacturing of professional system,Set up complete professional categories with wide coverage,and formed a number of characteristics of specialty settings.However, there are still some problems such as high repetition rate in specialty setting,less open specialty settings in resource environment, energy and new energy.This will easily lead to the waste of educational resources, increase the pressure on employment of students, not conducive to the employment of students, not meet the needs of society and the market, but also not conducive to the long-term development of the school. In the adaptability aspect between specialty settings and industrial structure,research figured out that specialty settings couldn’t fit well with the three industrial structure and employment structure,specialty settings could not adapt to the development of the industry, the corresponding specialty settings of strategic emerging industry was not open enough.I will analyze the reason from the government level, the school level and the social level,to carry out three aspects of the countermeasures about the specialty settings of secondary vocational school in Guangdong Province.Firstly,The government should set up the layout plan of specialty settings according to the demand of industrial development.It should build a good communication platform between secondary schools and enterprises by establishing the examination and approval system, early warning system and assessment system of of specialty settings.It should play a guiding role of specialty settings by increasing financial input.Secondly,The school should do well in the personnel investigation and forecast work,to enhance the adaptability of specialty settings by setting up the professional according to the demand.It should strengthen the construction of specialty clusters and characteristic specialty.Thirdly, At the social level,it should build a good relationship between vocational school and enterprise,and encourage the industry to participate in the specialty construction... |
