In recent years, the central committee has promulgated a series of documents and policies to summoned developing the technical and vocational education vigorously. However, as one of the most important specialties of the secondary technical and vocational education in Zhejiang Province, the accounting specialty has some problems because of its characteristics and the external environment influences actually. These problems are mainly the level of the intrant dropping, the training objective and curriculum setting not adapting the demands of the current accountants' employers and the accountant posts in social job market, the relative timeworn and lagged teaching contents and teaching methods, etc. It has weakened the potential the specialized graduates of the secondary technical and vocational schools have to attend the senior study and enhance their attainments unceasingly, and hindered the formation of their professional skill and adapting the changed career abilities. The obtained employments situations of these specialized graduates are unoptimistic. To implement training and achieve the training objective must be through the curriculum setting. So the curriculum setting is the guarantee of achieve the training objective, and the different training objectives should be matched with different curriculum settings. In order to adapt the demands proposed by current job market, establishing the adaptive training objective, and optimum the system of curriculum setting becomes the problems needs to be solved urgently.This study investigated the current situation of the accountants and the ability the accounting post demanded, consulted a great deal of literature information on the accountant cultivation and research conclusions about the curriculum methodology and psychology, and then established the training objective based on the document "Teaching Directive of the Accounting Specialty at Secondary Technical and...
