Currently, openness and competition have become the mainstream of world economic development. The big background of the global integration makes the organization face unprecedented competitive pressure in different degree and form. In order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition, the organization must have superior competitive advantages, the core competence is the basis of forming and sustaining competitive advantage. For any organization, the core competitiveness has never been so important as it is today. As the most mature and the most typical form of organization, the choice of enterprise’s core competence is more general. At the same time, as the core subject of market economic, the characteristics of the pursuit of profit maximization also determine the competition among modern enterprises is the most intense, the most full and the most thorough. Therefore, choosing the core competence of enterprises as the research object, this paper hopes to be able to sum up the rules and characteristics of the formation of the core competence of other organizations from the cultivation and formation process of the core competence of enterprises to help organizations continuously to develop and grow.The concept of "core competence" is put forward, which provides the possibility to study the root of the competition differences between enterprises. So many scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad have focused on this and explained the core competence from different angles and aspects. Based on the summary of the existing research results, this paper attempts to define the factors that affect the formation of core competitiveness in three aspects:resources, specialization and enterprise integration. The resources as the material carrier of competence, but are only the basic conditions of the formation of the core competence. Established under the condition of resources, in order to obtain greater competitive advantage, the enterprise is bound to carry out specialized division of labor to make effective allocation and use of the resources. But as the division of labor is more and more thin, the enterprise began to appear uneconomic phenomenon. At this time in order to maintain the competitive position, the integration has become an important strategic choice in modern enterprises have to make.After defining the importance of the integration on the core competence, this paper analyzes and discusses the internal function mechanism and the expression form of the both by using business process reengineering and value chain analysis two management tools. However, integration as an important supporting force to form the core competence, which is also a double-edged sword. Many business examples prove that successful integration can bring unimaginable competitive advantage and profits to the enterprise, failure of the integration will enable enterprises into a chaotic situation, hinder the sustainable development of enterprises. In view of this, the article in the fourth chapter attempts to build a basic model of integration, and put forward the standard which the successful integration should follow, hoping to provide some meaningful references for enterprise integration practice.In line with the idea of thinking, the last chapter of this paper focuses on the integration of support elements, respectively from the three aspects:the change of ideology, integration team construction, no boundary of the new management model. Expected from the perspective of the whole enterprise to complete the integration of practice, to ensure that the integration achieve the desired objectives.
