The 21 st century is in a era of information explosion, which means the internet data increased by 50% per year, doubling every two years. Gartner, a research firm,definition that "Big Data" is a massive, high growth rates and diversification information assets, which need a new processing model in order to have more decision-making power, insight and process optimization capabilities. September 2015,the State Council issued the "Promoting the development of Big Data Platform for Action", deploy the system development of big data. Big Data has become the current characteristics clearly of the times, it will become the new driving force for enterprise development to understand the data, use the data and believe the data, but also the urgent ability which business managers need to grasp.However, big data analysis technologies have not been widely used in human resource management of the commercial banks, especially in the financial industry talent competition increasingly fierce market environment. How to further enhance the efficiency of human resource management, in-depth tap the potential value of human resources, is an unprecedented challenge for commercial banks restructuring and development. A bank Suzhou branch is a state-owned joint-stock commercial bank branches in Suzhou and has a representative on the human resource management model.In this paper, I will combine the research process in theoretical knowledge and practical business, and summarize the achievements of commercial banks human resources innovation in the background of big data of Scholars. With four angles relevant data from personnel existing structures, recruitment status quo, management status quo and the training status quo to analysis the human resource information management of A bank Suzhou branch. We find that A bank Suzhou branch has built arelatively complete human resource management information overall pattern, but some problems exist in five aspects of data mining, information technology application and many more. In this regard, this paper will use big data technology to put forward advice and recommendations about promote talent development culture to improve human resource management for A bank Suzhou branch. It will also provide some reference for the domestic commercial banks human resource management with application of big data.
