The NJ Recipe Automatic Cigarette Factory Warehouse Design Research Projects

In recent years, AS/RS(Automatic Storage and Retrieval System) technology with high space utilization, automatic control, and low frequency error, has been widely used in various fields. NJ cigarette factories are implementing the "twelfth five-year" technological transformation projects to upgrade system of the original silk. Demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the project construction. Combining the need for the development of the tobacco industry, the target of enterprise logistics, and silk transforming process requirement, put forward the goal of the construction of the project and requirements.In this paper, the technical scheme of NJ cigarette factories automated stereoscopic warehouse design, calibration and the ability of the project. Combined with the actual situation of project, project construction scheme for the planning and design, use WBS icon for the work of the project structure decomposition, shorten project period, optimize the project implementation plan. And has carried on the evaluation to the benefits of the package, by using the net present value method, emphatically to the project economic benefit comparison of monolayer warehouse was calculated. And the management of the project construction and construction control planning study, puts forward the focus of the project construction and the problems needing attention.
