At present,the domestic enterprises of the critical path method widely used in the project schedule management,to a certain extent promote the height and level of the project management,making the development constantly.With the enlargement of the scope of the project,the improvement of complexity,at the same time,environment,capital and other uncertain factors will also along with the advancement of project progress and increase gradually,gradually increasing difficulty.In order to ensure project quality and cost,and tend to choose at the cost of part time limit for a project.So required the enterprises improve their management level,improve the ability to resist risk management,to take a series of measures in a timely manner.Company A is a typical labor-intensive industries,the vast majority of products manufacturing process is done manually by an operator,largely depends on the quality of the product and output operators own quality and labor skills proficiency,low labor efficiency,not only to guarantee the product quality is also accompanied by A lot of people may cause damage process of the body is the need for personnel to the manual operation,such as X-ray inspection quality of tin,manual dip coating etc,long-term exposure can cause serious harm to human body.These defects by people gradually realize,so the automation equipment is used to replace manual operation become the inevitable trend of future development.In recent five years,generation of processing industry of artificial cost is doubled,the requirement of increasing the customer,the cost budget decline gradually,in order to "low cost,low profit,high production" as the strategic policy of labor-intensive enterprises way out: open source throttling.In this paper,based on the knowledge of project management,for A company to introduce automatic test the actual condition of pipeline project,based on the relevant theory of TOC by critical chain method,rational planning and control of project effectively.In this article,through the optimization of the original schedule,make the original plan of 166 days to 166 days,in order to solve the shortage of processing equipment resource constraints,revised to 144 days,and finally using the critical chain method to improve the construction period for 105 days.Using lots of progress control,finally the actual period for 99 days,had reached the expected aim.In project schedule management,this article also describes how to against the difficulties encountered in the process of practical production and uncontrollable factors provide corresponding solutions,the biggest harvest with the smallest input output,the progress of the project management work in the future for A company to provide valuable experience.
