The International Trade and economic constantly running,science and technology are constantly updating,the development of China's e-commerce in the world has been followed by the developed countries to gradually shift to lead the trend of the world leader,e-commerce made great success in the new business model of international trade,and made the Chinese have right to speech about the new rules,but the expansion of cross-border e-commerce development is slightly lagging behind,which means there are still some practical problems about China's cross-border e-commerce business development.To maintain the existing advantages of cross-border e-commerce,we need to analyze the characteristics and trends of cross-border e-commerce.From the external point of view,the development of the global economy from the financial crisis,as one falls,another rises,the European debt crisis,Britain is out of the EU,Trump was elected,each outbreak has caused a certain degree of influence on the economy,the external environment is not stable,import and export encountered down dilemma,from the internal perspective,because of the different levels of economic development in China,foreign trade is not the same,affected by the external environment,lack of growth momentum.In the "Internet plus" tide,various industries have to seek new development space,as a new mode of "Internet plus foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce in China began to be widely accepted as an important force to participate in foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce as new things will naturally have a rapid development process.But look at the pace of the times,the development of industry form,steady exploration in the process of development.Regional development of the imbalance makes the development of cross-border e-commerce providers also appear regional characteristics,this article analysis framework of the development of cross-border e-commerce in Guangdong,Zhejiang Province andShanghai,find out the different advantages of different Province,then analysis the case of vip.com,summed up the characteristics of China's cross-border e-commerce regional development.So far,the country has approved ten cross-border e-commerce city,despite the policy support,the development of cross-border e-commerce still exist constraints,this paper analyses the existing problems from the aspects of cross-border e-commerce system,online transactions and payment to logistics transportation,finally optimize the development environment of China's cross-border e-commerce,the future the cross-border e-commerce will have a broader space for development.
