Study On Citizenization Of The New Gerneration Migrants

Along with the rapid development of urbanization, a large number of rural surplus labor force poured into the cities. As the leader, migrant worker group has made a special contribution to the urban construction. The new generation of migrant workers follow the older generation of migrant workers.However, considering the different background, outstanding personality and identity problem, they cannot share equal right and welfare with urban citizenship. Therefore, the road of the citizenization of peasant-workers is stuggling.New generation of migrant workers has large numbers.This paper has selected new generation of migrant workers gathered in Beijing "Henan village" as a research object, regarded the obstacles in the citizenization of peasant-workers and relevant rational proposal as the main points. In order to make study on the problems encountered in this process and influential factors in the form of questionnaires and individual interviews conducted the inspection, several research methods such as data analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis are employed. Approaches and methodologies have found to realize peasant-workers citizenization, which promotes the early realization of their citizenization.This paper analyzes the topic of background and the significance of research.Then the paper collects the personality traits of new generation of migrant workers and restricting factors of farmer-worker’s citizenship proposed by domestic scholars.And that, Both correlation theory of abroad rural labor force transfer and problems brought by population mobility were studied. This paper, in the light of the research data analyzes the trait and situation of the new generation of migrant workers of "Henan village" including fertility state, standard of culture, housing conditions, consumption level, salary situation, social security, social identity and so on. Conclusions depicting the difficult position encountered by new generation of migrant workers in this process have been draw combining above data analysis. The new generation of migrant workers show a rejuvenation trend.Owing to long-term working in urban areas, they have great similarity with citizen in lifestyle and life concept. Social security, housing conditions, children’s education, employment, self and social identity of new generation of migrant workers who are stuck with identity problem and literacy has tremendous differences compared to citizens.These marginalized in the city are suffering from huge pressure of life and enormous work pressure.It is necessary for new generation of migrant workers to find explicit solutions to life’s difficult situations and ways of citizenization. At The Last Part, corresponding suggestions have been proposed through the overall understanding of personality trait, life situation and problem emerging in the process of citizenization of new generation of migrant workers in "Henan Village".At first,With the purpose of guiding new generation of migrant workers citizenization in the right direction, peasant-workers inclinable policy could be carried out on the basis of the existing system in Beijing, constantly bringing forth new ideas in the integral management system and integral locating system; Secondly, Standard polarity establishment ensures housing affordability and improves housing conditions for new generation of migrant workers; Then, we should aslo increased in fiscal input into their children’s education to construct high-quality campus and realize the education fair; At the same time, lauching re-education on new generation of migrant workers to make up for the loopholes in employment and enhance their employ ability; last, multi-power should be played to improve new-citizen’s quality, for example, offering them psychological counseling regularly over the network, encouraging them to communicate with people from all works. I hope this suggestion will be helpful to alleviate the pressure of the life and work in some degree and wipe out the some obstacls in this process, making them adapt to role transition from "peasant-workers" to "new citizens". I also hope that this paper can contributes to realizing a harmonious society.
