Therefore, it should strengthen the management of logistics and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.P electric power company’s current logistics transportation system has the problem of high transport costs, long logistics cycle, arrival rate is low, which will restrict the development of P business enterprise, for this, this paper studies the logistics mode, the use of line optimization to reduce the cost, shorten the cycle to improve on time delivery rate, so as to ensure the P electric company can continue to develop.February 2015, P company financing success, so will vigorously develop the company’s cross-border electricity suppliers business, the logistics system needs to adjust to adapt to a greater amount of logistics transportation, solve the problems in the P electricity suppliers, so it should be perfect for the logistics distribution system P. This article will carry on the planning and design of new logistics system of P company, re planning of the pickup line, combined with the logistics process design and integration in the direction of improvement and development suggestions to the P company, to help P company to continue the development of electronic commerce in flat and maintain profitability.Through the research of this paper, it provides some help for the enterprise, and has some improvement to the P electric business internal and international logistics system and has achieved some results. For example, after the improvement of the delivery cycle is the original 70%, the full load rate of goods increased by 20%, on time delivery rate is 130%, the logistics cost is the original 90%.
