And the service target, service philosophy, product quality requirements of engineering consulting agency will be changed thoroughly. At the same time, enterprise qualification changing to individuals and institutions and institutional changing to the company, intensified competition in the industry, leading to competition became white-hot. With the development of information technology, information technology and big data and engineering consulting industry continuously integrate, made deep influence to the engineering consulting industry. The new urbanization policies and The Belt and Road Initiatives will stimulate China’s fixed asset investment, making it become China’s future economic growth. The Belt and Road Initiatives also will give the engineering consulting industry chance to going out.
