With the rapid development of the construction industry, building production safety situation is still grim, and how to effectively ensure safety production of the construction enterprise is the current hot attention and difficulties of the public.According to the statistics, the human accidents in the course of construction show multiple-prone situation,the accidents caused by unsafe behavior in construction companies account for over 80%of the total.At the same time, both the historical lessons of construction safety accidents and related research data show that the root cause of the construction safety accident lies in that the construction enterprise safety investment is insufficient and its structure is not reasonable. Therefore, to study the safety investment structure of construction enterprises for human-oriented accidents, which can reduce human-oriented accidents and improve the overall safety level of construction enterprises,is significant.By analyzing the connotation of the unsafe behavior of human, the causes of unsafe behavior are summarized. According to the research purpose, people’s unsafe behavior is divided into two categories: conscious unsafe behavior and unconscious unsafe behavior.And with induced mechanism of human-oriented accident, though the using of literature review and expert interview, identify and screen the influence factors of human-oriented accident in the construction enterprise.It is pointed out that the insufficient safety investment and the unreasonable structure is one of the main reason for prone and frequent human-oriented accident in the construction enterprise. On the basis of safety investment status analysis in the construction enterprises, analysize the necessity of the construction enterprise safety investment from the national level and enterprise level, and combined with literature data and engineering data, summarize the construction enterprise safety investment which mainly includes safety education investment, civilization construction investment, labor protection investment, site security measure investment and other security investment.Through introducing the intermediary variables of unsafe behavior, put forward the "safety investment â†'human unsafe behaviorsâ†' human accident" hypothesis of the study,and use Likert five scale to work out some survey questionnaires of the construction enterprises’ safety investment, human unsafe behavior and human accident. Meanwhile,use SPSS19.0 to analyse the questionnaire data’s quality, which shows that the questionnaires have good reliability and construct validity.Combined with the applicability of structural equation model, constructe the“construction enterprise safety input—human accident” conceptual model, and demonstrate that the safety investment’s five dimensions(safety education, civilized construction, labor protection, site safety measures and other security inputs) have an impact on the two dimensions of human unsafe behavior(unsafe behavior consciousness and unconscious unsafe behavior), through which thereby affecting the possibility of human accident in the construction enterprises. SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 are used to validate the model, by which the results show that the fit index is good, and the model is supported by statistical analysis. Through the simplified safety input- people because of accident influence path model, analysis the internal relationship between the latent variables in the path graph. It is pointed out that the safety education, civilized construction,labor protection, site safety measures and other security investment through the influence of unsafe behavior and varying degrees indirectly affect construction enterprises people due to an accident, and puts forward the construction enterprise safety investment regulatory structure optimization strategy, to construction enterprise management layer reasonable arrangements for safety input structure provides the policy-making basis.
