In recent years, the safe production situation of construction industry is serious, and one important causes of accidents is people's unsafe behavior. If the behavior can be reduced, the occurrence of accidents necessarily decline, which would make a positive effect on safety. Management behavior can effectively improve workers' unsafe behavior, thus the article studies the influence of management behavior on workers' unsafe behavior, which can help to control workers' unsafe behavior and reduce construction accidents.Firstly, the article combs basic concepts and theories related to the study, and introduce related basic theories of management behavior and workers' unsafe behavior, which settle the theoretical basis for the article. Secondly, it decides the measurement of the construct, and puts forward the hypothesis of the article, build a theoretical path model of the influence of management behavior on workers' unsafe behavior. Thirdly, design questionnaire of measurement, conduct on-site investigation to get data and use SPSS software to test the reliability and use AMOS software to test the validity of the questionnaire. Finally, apply AMOS software to evaluate, modify, explicate the established theoretical path model. The results show that management behavior has significant effect on building workers' safety knowledge, professional skills, and working attitude, and further impact workers' obedience and the participation behavior. Design behavior has influence on safety attitude and safety knowledge but has no influence to professional skills, and the influence of management behavior is greater than that of design behavior. Safety knowledge has a significant effect on workers' participation behavior but not on obedience behavior. Professional skills have effect on both obedience and participation behavior. Safety attitude has a significant effect on the obedience behavior but not on the participation behavior. The participation behavior is mainly affected by the safety knowledge, and the obedience behavior is mainly influenced by the safety attitude.At last, the article according to the research conclusion, put forward the management measures of implementing safety management standardization, building safe reliable evaluation system, perfecting the safety regulatory system, referring to and developing the green card system in Hongkong, forming a complete system to strengthen safety training for building workers, establishing an informationalized management pattern of security dynamic, propelling building workers being better educated, etc. The existing researches only consider one or two metavariable, but the research results make up the insufficient, and it help to improve the management theory system of unsafe behavior and help building management practice be more targeted.
