But in the stage of the rapid development of industrial real estate, how to deal with the rapidly changing external environment, how to form their own competitive advantage, which require detailed strategic analysis and research.itself to formits own industrial real estate business strategy to guide the development of specific work.In this paper, with the basic theory of strategic analysis, based on the analysis of industrial real estate 2.0 business in which external macro-environment, industry environment analysis,internal operating conditions, resource capacity analysis,combined with some strategy analysis tools,such as External Factor Evaluation Matrix, Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, SWOT Matrix,Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix, to form a viable business strategies.
