A Study On The Marxist Land Rent Theory And The Revelation To Our Rural Land Circulation

Throughout the history of economic thought development, the economist has a long research on the theory of land rent and it roughly experiences three stages, for example the classical economics, Marxist economics and modern western economics. But these theoretical research results are not completely isolate, there is a profound origin and relationship and one of the most influential and representative is Marxist land rent theory. Under the guidance of the correct world outlook and methodology, Marx inherits preciously excellent results and puts forward the scientific theory of land rent from the perspective of dialectical materialism. Even though Marx studies the land rent under the condition of a capitalist society, the general rule of land rent theory has the profound theoretical guidance value and helps us recognize the phenomenon of land and promote the agricultural development of our country.Along with more and more surplus labor transfer from countryside to city, on the one hand, it has injected new vitality to the development of urban economy and provides ample labor resources, but on the other hand, farmland pastureland phenomenon is outstanding and the rural land management appears the situation of extensive production and low efficiency. In order to change the existing land production pattern, it is necessary to change the existing land production pattern and improve the efficiency of agricultural land use. But there are many problems and obstacles in the process of circulation, so we need to protect the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy and put forward some measures to promote farmland circulation effectively under the guidance of Marxist land rent theory.Based on the further study of the classical and Marxist land rent theory, this paper fully reveals Marxist theory source, formation process and the main content and forms the clear and complete understanding of Marxist land rent. Meanwhile it is compared with the modern western theory of land rent, this paper finds the nature differences of the two theories at the same time highlight scientific Marxist land rent theory. Finally, the Marxist land rent theory is applied to the reform of our country's agricultural land circulation and promote the perfection of farmland circulation system.
