| To maintain a strong competitiveness, an enterprise must expand its scope of outlook, and that is why a strategy of development for an enterprise is essential. As the importance of the strategy plan of an enterprise has been emphasized, however, what is usually being overlooked is the implementation-the landing of the strategy plan. Numerous managerial examples have shown that the implementation of an enterprise’s strategy is depending to a great extent on the interconnection of the strategy and the performance management. To improve the implementation, an enterprise must focus on the management of its employee’s performance. It also gives a review on both the domestic and foreign history of performance management, analyses the typical problems found in the Qinhuangdao Port Co., Ltd’s performance management, and then figures out the target of research of this paper.Second, with Qin Hong Kong shares over the next decade strategic deployment, use the Balanced Scorecard decomposition strategy target, determine the strategic performance indicators and evaluation standard, and has carried on the Qin Hong Kong shares of strategic performance management system overall design;Third, this paper provides an ensuring method and a way of thinking for solving the problems which might be encountered in the implementation of the new strategic performance management system.Finally, this paper customizes a brand new strategic performance management system, The goal is to interconnect the performance management with the implementation of the Qinhuangdao Port’s strategy, to improve its performance management, and to accelerate the landing of the strategy along with the achievement of the strategic goal. |
